Policies

  • Please, no extra guests.

  • Please be on time. A late fee will be added if you are 15 minutes late or greater.

  •  We are a cashless business.

  • Deposits must be paid at the time of booking. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Lash Aftercare

FIRST 24 HOURS: 

  • Avoid moisture, hot showers, saunas, swimming pools, and steam facials. 

  • Avoid makeup around the eyes.

MAINTENANCE: 

  • We recommend a follow-up appointment every 2-3 weeks.

LASH CLEANING: 

  • Clean your lashes with lash cleanser at least every other day. You can do this with your fingers or a brush. If you wear eye makeup daily, they need to be cleansed daily.

  • Allow your lashes to dry before brushing them into place with a spoolie. Brush as needed throughout the day.

GENERAL CARE: 

  • Avoid mascara.

  • Do not use oil-based products around your eyes; only use a water-based eye makeup remover or a lash cleanser to remove makeup around the eye area.

  • Never use an eyelash curler on eyelash extensions.

  • Use a gentle lash cleanser and a brush to wash your eyes gently.

  • Do not rub, pull or pick eyelash extensions.

  • If there is a need for the removal of extensions, please schedule an appointment for extension removal. 

Brow Aftercare

  • Keep a thin coat of ointment around the clock for the next 7 days.

  • Wash with mild soap & water

  • Do not itch tattoo while healing

  • Do not pick dry skin

  • Avoid direct sunlight for two weeks

  • If any scabbing occurs do not pick or you will pull the color out of the skin and risk
    scaring.

  • Your eyebrows will be 60% darker right after

  • Trust the process, after a week your brows will be 40-60% lighter

  • If your eyebrows are lighter than intended, allow until after the second touch-up to create the ideal eyebrow color

  • Follow aftercare instructions for optimum results

  • Book your touch-up in 30 days
